1) Program Description

Customer-Care (Non-Marketing): order updates, appointment reminders/changes, service notifications.

Marketing/Promotional (Optional): news, announcements, offers, and similar promotions.
Messages are recurring, and each category is sent only to numbers that opted into that specific category.

2) Opt-In & Eligibility

You provide express written consent by checking the relevant checkbox(es) on our web form at https://acp.followupfactory.co/optin or via other clearly disclosed consent capture we provide.

The non-marketing checkbox is separate from the marketing checkbox. Marketing messages are sent only if you separately opt into marketing.

You must be 18 or older and the authorized user of the mobile number provided.

We do not use purchased, rented, or third-party lists for SMS marketing.

Consent is not a condition of purchase.

3) Message Frequency & Costs

Frequency: varies by user and category.

Costs: Message & data rates may apply; check your mobile plan.

4) Opt-Out / Help / Restart

STOP: Text STOP to unsubscribe from the category that sent the message. You may also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. We’ll send a one-time confirmation.

Rejoin: You can opt back in later by re-submitting the web form or, if supported by your carrier, texting START/UNSTOP.

5) Delivery & Carrier Disclaimers

Delivery depends on your carrier and device. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Availability may vary by carrier and location.

6) User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your contact details up to date, maintain control of your device, and notify us if your number changes or is reassigned.

7) Privacy

We handle personal information per our Privacy Policy. We maintain records of consent and opt-out status consistent with applicable laws and industry guidelines.

8) Changes; Suspension

We may modify or discontinue the Program or update these Terms. Changes are effective when posted with an updated Effective Date.

9) Disclaimer; Limitation of Liability

The Program is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Allstate disclaims all warranties and is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your participation. In any event, our total liability will not exceed $100.

10) Governing Law; Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflicts of law. Disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.
